How long

You can ask for a refund within 7 days of your purchase.

How to ask

Reply to the receipt email you received after your purchase and say you would like a refund. You do not need to give a reason.

How you get it

Refunds are issued through our payment platform, lava.top, to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take several business days to appear on your statement.

After 7 days

After 7 days, all sales are final, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
